I had an egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and soy cheese. which comes to about 216 calories
and an orange smoothie, which was, get this, 380 calories like what the fuck is thaaat?
So in total that was 596 calories.
My goal is 500 calories a day, so for me, this is terrible. It’s all that damn smoothie’s fault. On the plus side, the smoothie had 20grams of protein!
So, tomorrow I’m docking myself 100 calories to make up for today’s going over on my limit.

In total it was an intake of 475 calories
My goal is 500 calories a day, so I’m happy with the calorie intake but not so much health wise, I had like no protein today.
It’s 8 o’clock and I don’t let myself eat after 8 so I’m done for today. Now I have to work on some essays due tomorrow.
I wish I had more time to exercise. I feel so much better when I do, plus it really does speed up my metabolism.
